01What does a custom store design project include?
Everything: niche and competitor research, supplier recruiting, a custom-designed Shopify build, product uploads, Merchant Center setup, and Google and Bing Shopping ads. You step into a fully operational store.
02I already have a store. Can you scale it?
Yes. Most of our clients come to us with a live store. We handle supplier recruiting, catalog management, Shopping ads, SEO content, and VA systems, priced individually or bundled into a monthly plan.
03How do quotes work?
Fill out the quote form on the home page. Trevor reviews every request personally and replies within 1 to 2 business days with a scoped quote or a couple of clarifying questions. No pressure, no obligation.
04How are digital products delivered?
Instantly. Kits, templates, spreadsheets, and the Blueprint eBook arrive as download links on the order confirmation page and by email right after checkout, so you can start the same day. See our delivery policy for details.
05How do coaching calls work?
Coaching is booked per hour in Beginner and Advanced sessions. After checkout you will receive scheduling instructions by email to book your time directly on Trevor's calendar. Come with your store, your numbers, and your questions.
06How long does a custom store build take?
Typically weeks, not months, though supplier approval timelines vary by niche. Your quote will include a realistic timeline for your specific project before you commit.
07Do you work with B2B and bulk-order brands?
That is our specialty. We build stores and quote funnels designed for $10K to $100K+ bulk orders: fleet, corporate, government, school, and commercial buyers.
08Do you guarantee results?
No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. What we can show you are verified client results and a decade of doing this work. If we do not think your project is a good fit, we will tell you before you spend a dollar.
09I am just getting started. Where should I begin?

10Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because the products are instant-access digital files, all sales are final once access is granted. Full details are in our refund policy, and if something is genuinely wrong, reach out and we will make it right where we can.
