Refund policy

Ecommerce Paradise sells instant-access digital products, coaching, and done-for-you services. Because of the nature of these products, our refund terms are below. Please read each product listing carefully before purchasing.

Digital products, kits, and courses

Digital products, including kits, templates, spreadsheets, the Blueprint eBook, and the Masterclass, are delivered instantly and contain proprietary intellectual property. All sales are final once access has been granted, and these purchases are non-refundable.

Coaching and consulting

Coaching session fees are non-refundable once your appointment is booked, because that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your session and we will happily move it.

Done-for-you services

Done-for-you services, including custom store design and build projects, scaling services, ads management, and SEO content, are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed and work has begun. Work begins immediately after your onboarding call.

24-hour cancellation window

If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and work has not yet commenced (no onboarding call has taken place and no access has been granted), you may qualify for a full refund minus payment processing fees.

If something is not right

We would rather fix a problem than argue about it. Depending on your purchase, we offer:

  • Build and design clients: complimentary revision cycles for quality issues.
  • Course and kit buyers: additional resources or supplementary training when requested within 7 days.
  • Coaching clients: a strategy reassessment and adjusted approach.

Exceptions

Refunds will be considered for non-delivery of a purchased service, technical billing errors, or duplicate and fraudulent charges. Email sales@ecommerceparadise.com and we will review your request within 5 to 7 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback; nearly every issue can be resolved directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact result in immediate suspension of product and service access while the dispute is reviewed.
