We don't guarantee specific ROAS or sales numbers, and anyone promising that is lying to you. What we do guarantee: accounts and feeds set up correctly, campaigns structured per brand with audience signals and negative keywords applied, and daily monitoring with active optimization throughout your engagement.

You own your Google Ads account, Microsoft Ads account, both Merchant Centers, your feeds, your campaign structures, and your negative keyword lists. We work as a manager, not the owner. If you cancel, everything stays with you.

Terms

• Billing. Monthly, in advance, paid before onboarding begins.
• Cancellation. 30 days' written notice. Management continues through the end of your paid billing cycle.
• Refunds. Fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins.
• Ad spend. Paid directly by you to Google and Microsoft. We never hold or control your budget.
• Accounts. USA-based and international accounts both accepted.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the full Shopping ads management product?

The work is identical. This listing is the month-to-month a-la-carte version for stores adding ads to an existing scaling engagement. If you want a discounted effective rate, the 3, 6, and 12-month commitment packages are on the Shopping ads management page.

Is ad spend included?

No. This is the management fee. Your ad spend is a separate budget you control and pay Google and Microsoft directly.

My Merchant Center is suspended, can you help?

Yes. A suspension is the single most common thing that stalls Shopping ads before they get a chance. We can audit the account and handle the appeal as part of onboarding, or you can start with our suspension recovery service separately.

Do you work with dropshipping stores?

Yes, provided the business is legitimate, uses real authorized suppliers, carries genuine branded products, and is focused on long-term growth. We don't work with arbitrage stores, counterfeit products, or anything violating Google's Shopping policies.
